Thanks so much for commenting on our site and inquiring about the TOM’s Day Without Shoes event! You are absolutely welcome and invited to participate in our walk – we’d love it. My name is Jeff Partain and I’m the youth minister at the Redlands Church of Christ. I also teach English at Redlands East Valley High School. On Thursday April 8th, we will meet at the church building at 5:00. We will start by watching the official TOM’s documentary, then we’ll walk (barefoot) to Panera Bread where we will eat and then walk back to the church building (barefoot). By walking to Panera and back we will walk one mile barefoot. So basically, bring yourself and any friends and meet at our church building (which is located at 1000 Roosevelt Rd in Redlands) and bring money for dinner. We should be finished and back at the church building by 7:30 at the latest.

We are also going to be having a TOM’s Style Your Shoe event in May. I can give you more information about that at the One Day Without Shoes walk on April 8th. If you have any other questions, please let me know and thanks again.
