The Federation of Fire Chaplains Conference is just down the road in La Quinta this year, October 18 -22. Steve Kay needs help in providing snacks (cookies, chips, pretzels, crackers, etc.) for the Hospitality Room at the conference, plus volunteers to pick up chaplains (and their wives) at Ontario Airport and drive them to La Quinta… A Sign-up sheet is on the clip board in the family room.
(P.S. All snacks must be in disposable containers. The event is at a hotel, so there won’t be any way for Steve to keep up with ‘real’ dishes.)
